S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Originating Application in Javier Antonio Demarchi and Irene Mukuhi Waruingi v. Exential Investments Inc., described as "the 'offshore unit' of the Exential Group", which "operated a Ponzi scheme between 2011 and 2016", at the British Virgin Islands High Court.
