Former BVI Ports Authority Managing Director Oleanvine Maynard, 61, and her son, Kadeem Maynard, 32, have each pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to import cocaine at federal court in Miami in a scheme that also allegedly involved then British Virgin Islands Premier Andrew Fahie and each face a "mandatory minimum" of 10 years in prison unless the judge determines they are "safety valve eligible".
